This is classic Combat Fitness—our original high-intensity interval training style program that forged some of the toughest athletes in our early days.

Originally (obviously) geared towards medics, Combat Medicine is all about brutal efficiency, combining strength, endurance, and work capacity in fast, no-nonsense training sessions designed to push your limits.

Expect gritty, high-output workouts that mimic the unpredictability of real-world challenges. Short on time? Doesn’t matter. Every session is built to maximize intensity, test your mental resilience, and get you mission-ready—whether that mission is tactical, athletic, or just proving to yourself that you still have it.
